STEVEN H. ROUHANDEH
Steve possesses a diverse background in financial services that includes experience in corporate finance, investment banking, and capital management. He has been active throughout recent years as an executive in venture capital, a Managing Partner of a Limited Partnership, and as a founder of several health companies in the biotech field. His experience also includes positions as Managing Director of a private equity group at Metzler Bank, a private European investment firm and Vice President, Investment Banking at Deutsche Morgan Grenfell. Steve was also a Corporate Attorney at New York City-based Cravath, Swaine & Moore.

JEFFREY B. DAVIS
Jeff has extensive experience in investment banking, and corporate development and financing for development stage companies. Jeff serves as CEO of a public healthcare company. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of another publicly traded development stage healthcare technology company. Prior to that, Jeff was Vice President, Corporate Finance, at Deutsche Morgan Grenfell, both in the U.S. and Europe. Jeff also served in senior marketing and product management positions at AT&T Bell Laboratories, where he was also a member of the technical staff. Prior to that, Jeff was involved in marketing and product management at Philips Medical Systems North America.

CHRISTINE A. BERNI
Christine joined SCO Financial Group after representing over 50 publicly-traded companies, spanning various industries, providing financial communications counsel and marketing expertise to executive management teams. Christine’s combination of tenacity, knowledge and distinctive energy is her “secret sauce” in building her extensive network of institutional investors and industry leaders in the US and foreign markets. Christine has served in a senior capacity at both The Investor Relations Group and Corporate Profile, LLC, boutique IR/PR firms based in New York’s financial district, where she specialized in developing customized exposure strategies for the firm’s micro and small cap portfolio clients. Christine began her career in the financial services industry as a retail broker for Royal Alliance Associates.
Christine graduated summa cum laude from the Peter Tobin College of Business, St. John’s University.
